A: Choosing the right wig size is essential for comfort and a natural fit. Most of our wigs come in a standard size that fits most head shapes, but we also offer adjustable straps on many styles to ensure a custom fit. To find your perfect size, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, around the back, and back to the front. Refer to our size guide (available on each product page) to match your measurements to the appropriate wig size. If you’re unsure, our adjustable styles are a great option, as they can be tightened or loosened to fit your head comfortably.
Q: How do I care for my wig?
A: Proper care is key to extending the life of your wig. For synthetic wigs, gently wash with a mild shampoo designed for synthetic hair in cool water, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a towel—do not rub or wring. Allow the wig to air dry on a wig stand, and avoid using heat styling tools (such as hair dryers, curling irons, or straighteners) unless the wig is specifically labeled as heat-resistant. For human hair wigs, you can wash with a mild shampoo and conditioner, and use heat styling tools as you would with your natural hair, but be sure to use a heat protectant spray to prevent damage. Avoid exposing your wig to excessive sunlight, chlorine, or saltwater, as these can cause fading and damage.

Q: Can I return or exchange a wig?
A: We understand that choosing a wig online can be challenging, which is why we offer a return and exchange policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it—this includes all tags and accessories. Wigs that have been worn, washed, styled, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
