To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange, as they cannot be resold. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene and quality of our products for all customers. You must initiate a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order—requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided on our website, which include completing a return request form and obtaining a return authorization number.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive and inspect your returned item (which may take 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of processing, and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been inspected and approved, and any applicable price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Defective items will be replaced free of charge, or a full refund will be issued at your request.
